Those who can’t plant a garden…sprouts

If you don’t have the knowledge or are unable to plant a garden, might I suggest that you grow sprouts.  You can grow them in a jar or on a tray.  It is simple and very inexpensive.  And if you have never had fresh grown sprouts then you have never had sprouts.

The easiest to grow are the alfalfa sprouts and mung beans (the kind the Chinese use in Chop Suey) but they also have mixed beans.

You can read all about how to grow them on the internet or just ask at the health food store where you get the seeds and jars.
